My computer is lagging for up to 30 seconds every time a click a folder or icon.
Also i keep getting messages such as windows explorer has experienced a problem and must shut down. the same thing happrns with intervideo schedular and docter watsons post mortem debugger. these cause windows To crash. norten, adware se and spybot dont pick up anything. im not sure what the cause is so i would appreciate any advice. thanks

Be sure to keep SunJava, updated

In Add/Remove programs click on these and press *remove* if listed:

Or any other outdated J2SE


It is important to remove older versions as these are the ones with the holes in them. You will be surprised when you go to add/remove to see all of the versions sitting there.
