Help please, :(
first time used a forum, normally pick up bits by browsing.
I have done everything to try to remove files that hopefully are causing problems on a pc
im supposed to be sorting.Files are C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\xuuir.sys and
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dtwwz.dll. Both are picked up when pestered by Avg Antivirus .
At start up RUNDLL ERROR box appears (error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\dtwwz.dll)
system32 folder pops up after that is clicked off after desktop appears.
I challenge anyone to sort this for me.
