I see nothing really serious in the log.

If you still have performance issues, I would advise you to post in the Other Computer Problems Area with your problem. Give as much detail as you can and also include a link to this topic here so the helpers can be aware of this one.
The topic there is less likely to be bumped out of view and should get you a reply.
