Something just doesn't seem right. There seems to be more processes running on start-up than usual. These two looked suspicious to me but I didn't want to delete them without a second opinion:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {53707962-6F74-2D53-2644-206D7942484F} -
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43} - (no file)

Also, if any of the MANY Vaio processes running do not seem necessary please let me know. It's always bothered me that so many are running. I noticed one towards the bottom that has a file missing. Don't know how that happened…

The computer isn't running bad per se but not exactly up to par either. I'm probably being a bit on the paranoid side but this is my baby and I don't know what I'd do without her. :D

Any and all help is most appreciated. You all have been very helpful in the past. Much respect for all the hard work here!

Here's my HJT log after a fresh boot.

We will need to disable TeaTimer 1) Run Spybot-S&D 2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected 3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident 4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts 5) Restart your computer. Then fix O2 - BHO: (no name) - {761497BB-D6F0-462C-B6EB-D4DAF1D92D43} - (no file) with hijackthis. The other is spybot and ok. Rescan with HJT and post a new log here. Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
