please help! slowest my computer has ever been!

Please help! my computer has been so slow for months and I regularly update and run Spybot and Ad Aware along with my virus scan and it doesnt seem to help! My computer is as slow as ever! Please help! Here is my logfile:

Welcome to the forum, while malware can certainly slow a computer I see no malware in this log. HJT can't show everything, but before we start adding more programs to look for hidden stuff, let's consider there may be other reasons for this. Here are links to help you find out.
