now, as for what my computer does, everything seems to work as normal (programs load alot slower since I installed SpySweeper and AVG Anti-Spyware but that was to be expected), except for what I posted in the first post.

Yes, and yes, thats my IP. Allthough I am not a Spammer… could that blacklisting have anything to do with the browser hijack?

No.
It might have something to do with this:

This Site Contains Graphic Depictions

Your HJT log looks clean.
I get your point, you're saying there's nothing worth looking at there, fair enough. Does that mean it's being blocked by my ISP? The "spam" blacklisting should only affect emails originating from my ip-range, which doesnt bother me as I dont run a mailserver from my machine and I share the IP with alot of other users in this network, but the idea that my ISP censors the net apalls me alitte.

Well my guess is someone with that IP was listed as spamming. You may want to contact your ISP and talk to them.

(As you can see I removed those links. I wouldn't want any clicking those in the first place.)
One thought, you stated something like you always load the porn web site or something along that line. Just because it list as spam doesn't always mean it's from spamming.
Your IP just might be listed in association with that type of site which could throw up that red flag.

I researched this abit, and found the following:
http://www.dnsbl.us.sorbs.net/faq/dul.shtml
Apparently dynamic IP ranges are automatically blacklisted in SORBS for being dynamic, so I doubt that is the reason it's being redirected.
Download this one and let me know if it finds anything.

We can try this:

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads a text that will open (report.txt) Please save this file, you'll need to post it with a new HijackThis log.
Did as you said, here are the logs. Problem still persist though.

Fixwareout

A question concerning the HJT log. If I turn off the SpySweeper Service, will it start again once I run the program? Or do I have to turn it on again manually?
If you just do like Alt/Ctrl/Del and end the process, the next time you boot it will load again I see nothing bad.
