Download Pocket Killbox
http://www.atribune.org/downloads/KillBox.exe
If you already have Killbox first ensure it is this version !.

Then double-click on the killbox.exe program.

Start Killbox and click on Tools->Delete Temp Files.
Then select the option labeled Delete on reboot.

Do not close killbox, and open notepad, by clicking on Start, then Run, and typing notepad.exe and pressing the OK button.

When notepad is open, copy and paste the following bolded text into the notepad screen. You do this by highlighting each of the below bolded filenames and then pressing Control-C on your keyboard. Then click on the open notepad windows and press Control-V to paste the contents into the notepad.

Return to Killbox, go to the File menu and select Paste from Clipboard.

Still in Killbox, click the red-and-white Delete File button. Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click No at the Pending Operations prompt.

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually

I suggest you do this:

Download: hosts.zip http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.zip
[right-click - Select: Save Target As] [Updated 01-23-05]
Unzip in a "temp" folder and place in the appropriate installed location:

Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC

Please do not delete anything unless instructed to.

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

Download - ATF Cleaner»
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two.

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.

OK, I did all the instruction and I got this message when I fix every O1 - hosts entry using HJT :

An unexpected error has occurred at procedure: modMain_FixOther1Item(sItem=O1 - Hosts: 203.19[removed].com)
Error #70 - Permission denied

I also cant find these files
rqyxyk84.dll
pvvtz28.dll, even though my search including hidden files and folders.

When I restart my computer I still get these same error message
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\rqyxyk84.dll the specified module could not be found
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\jpvvtz28.dll the specified module could not be found
Error loading C:\program files\internet explorer\use061222.dll the specified module could not be found

and, sometimes when I load Windows Explorer, the IE window directed to random chinese web will pop up.

I suggest you do this:

If you receive any errors just keep going.

Please do not delete anything unless instructed to.

Shutdown the PC and remove the internet connection.

Restart your computer in Safe Mode.

Press F8 after the Power-On Self Test (POST) is done. If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, try restarting and then pressing F8 several times after the POST screen.
Choose the Safe Mode option from the Windows Advanced Options Menu then press Enter.
This can take several miniutes to load.

Be sure that all windows are closed. Click on START-> RUN. Copy paste the following as it is and click OK.

regsvr32.exe /U rqyxyk84.dll

You should get a message that it has been uninstalled succesfully.
Then be sure that all windows are still closed.

Click on START-> RUN. Copy paste the following as it is and click OK.

regsvr32.exe /U jpvvtz28.dll

You should get a message that it has been uninstalled succesfully.
Then be sure that all windows are still closed.

Open Hoster.exe.

Then click on "Restore Original Hosts"

Close program when complete.

Run hijackthis. Hit None of the above, Click Do a System Scan Only. Put a Check in the box on the left side on these:

Hi, I followed the instructions closely and these are the results

Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the following text in the quote to Notepad. Save it as "All Files" and name it FixServices.bat Please save it on your desktop.

@echo off
sc stop Medie Seriel Number Service
sc delete Medie Seriel Number Service
exit

Double click FixServices.bat. A window will open and close. This is normal.

Next:

Download Avenger by Swandog, and unzip it to your desktop or somewhere you can find it. (Do not run it yet).

Note: The Avenger must be run from a user account with administrator privileges,

and ONLY works on Windows 2000 and XP, and only on 32-bit versions!
If yours is a 64 bit version, do not use it, let me know.

Open a Notepad file by clicking Start > Run and typing Notepad.exe in the box, click OK.

Click Format, and ensure Word Wrap is unchecked.

Copy and Paste all the text inside the box below into Notepad.

Now save the file as RemoveFiles.txt in a location where you can find it.

Files to delete:
C:\windows\system32\rqyxyk84.dll
C:\windows\system32\jpvvtz28.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\notaped.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\COM\csrss.exe
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\sna.exe
C:\Program Files\DeskAdTop\Run.dll

Folders to delete:
C:\Program Files\DeskAdTop

Start Avenger by double clicking on Avenger.exe.

Check Load script from file:

Click on the folder symbol below and to the right, and browse to RemoveFiles.txt.

Double click it to enter it into Avenger.

Click the green traffic light symbol.

You will be asked if you want to execute the script, answer Yes.

At this point you may get prompts from your protection systems, allow them please.

Avenger will set itself up to run the next time you re-boot, and will prompt you to re-start immediately.

Answer Yes, and allow your computer to re-boot.

Upon re-boot a command window will briefly appear on screen (this is normal).

A Notepad text file will be created C:\avenger.txt.

Copy and Paste it into your next post please, along with a new HJT log.

I cannot delete rqyxyk84 and jpvvtz28 sys file there windows error messages saying that some softwares are using it.

Use ALT/CTRL/DEL and end the process for any of these that are listed:

Note: The Avenger must be run from a user account with administrator privileges,

Open a Notepad file by clicking Start > Run and typing Notepad.exe in the box, click OK.

Click Format, and ensure Word Wrap is unchecked.

Copy and Paste all the text inside the box below into Notepad.

Now save the file as RemoveFiles.txt in a location where you can find it.

Folders to delete:
C:\Program Files\DeskAdTop

Start Avenger by double clicking on Avenger.exe.

Check Load script from file:

Click on the folder symbol below and to the right, and browse to RemoveFiles.txt.

Double click it to enter it into Avenger.

Click the green traffic light symbol.

You will be asked if you want to execute the script, answer Yes.

At this point you may get prompts from your protection systems, allow them please.

Avenger will set itself up to run the next time you re-boot, and will prompt you to re-start immediately.

Answer Yes, and allow your computer to re-boot.

Upon re-boot a command window will briefly appear on screen (this is normal).

A Notepad text file will be created C:\avenger.txt.

Copy and Paste it into your next post please, along with a new HJT log.

I just find csrss.exe and notepad.exe rom the list.
csrss.exe run in two differen user name, one is SYSTEM another is Dewi Wijayanti, and I can't close it because windows saying that it is a critical system process. What should I do now?
