Whenever I reboot my PC, it takes 5-15 minutes to get to the MS XP logon screen. The MS splash screen will stay up, with the bar moving back and forth, for 5-10 minutes. I have Windows Live OneCare and run Adaware and Spybot every week or so. Here is my Hijacklog:

1.Do you have unnecessary programs loading at startup?
a. Example: Quicktime / Real Player

2.When was the last time you you cleaned out Temp files and cookies?

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time.

3.When was the last time you ran Disk Defragmenter?
Do this after cleaning Temp files and cookies.
Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Defragmenter

4. Are you running more then one Anti-Virus program?
