Internet downloading speed can be slow at some points, PC can glitch somtimes, Plus I got this Error Programme thing that said I had Errors on my PC, Plus the Microsoft Update comes up at the tool-bar and it says it's downloading files when it isn't it stays at 0% and slows down my PC until it goes away, (this only happens somtimes). Takes a while to load somtimes, and in a game called "Battlefield 1942" the game glitches and goes slow somtimes on Online play, and in the game it may take a while to load up the game. Any help? P.S: sorry for your trouble earlier on.
If I read that post correctly, IE7 slows down online activity. So I would think so. We can maybe look at the items starting up as well. Lets look at what's in the startup. click Start> Run> type in Msconfig tap enter key. look in the Startup. List everything the ones have a check next to it. Sorry the only way I know of is to manually write them down. I'll also take another look at your HJT log and see what doesn't need to startup from there.
I configured my MsConfig a while back, Nothing is ticket, that made my PC go a lot faster at startup, Will I provide you with another HJT log? I just dont get what the Errors are on my PC, Oh and one other thing that is wrong is Somtimes on Youtube or somthing, Images don't show up, Some do yet some don't.
From your HJT log.

Really not much there.

Have you downloaded that patch?

When was the last time you ran disk defragmenter?

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two.

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
Hi, I got the patch, not much difference really, I run Disk Defragmenter every 2 days and I do Virus/Spyware scans every 2 days, I already had ATF cleaner, Everything is Un-Checked in my MSconfig in the last Tab. I got a new HJT Log now, here it is:

Backup Your Registry with ERUNT
  • Please use the following link and scroll down to ERUNT and download it.
    http://aumha.org/freeware/freeware.php
  • For version with the Installer:
Use the setup program to install ERUNT on your computer
  • For the zipped version:
Unzip all the files into a folder of your choice.
Click Erunt.exe to backup your registry to the folder of your choice.

Note: to restore your registry, go to the folder and start ERDNT.exe

I recommend you download RegSeeker. Extract it to it's own folder, open and double click RegSeeker.exe to start the program. Maximize the window and click clean registry. Check all sections and click OK. When the scan is complete, verify the backup box in lower left corner is checked and click the select all button, then select all again. Then right click within the search results and select delete. Run it again and again, deleting everything it finds until it finds nothing. Reboot and make sure your programs are working properly, control panel and add/remove programs windows open, etc (basically just do a quick check of everything). In the event anything was 'broken', you can open RegSeeker, click backups and double click any/all files to put the information back. A reboot may be required for the effects to be seen. Reboot When done.

NOTE: To be extra safe you can choose to only remove the items in RED.
Woh, I got a load of them on RegSeeker, what exactly does this do and what causes the errors? Any other programmes/tips to fast up a PC?
Sorry I couldn't edit my post above for some reason, in the RegCleaner programme, I keep finding: HKEY_CURRENT_USER (file or path does not exist) and HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT (extension not used) They keep coming up.
