In Internet ExplorerClick Tools->>Options->> Under the Security tab
Select Trusted Sites->>Then the Sites Button
In the Next window, in your reply tell me whats listed there
Select the General TabUnder "Temporary Internet files"
Select Delete Cookies and Delete files
Then O.k.
