Problems with Adware.lop/Swissor permanent removal

Have Norton Internet security running on my Windows XP Media Center. Every two or three hours I get the message that Adware.lop has been identified as a risk and was successfully removed. I am then asked to restart my computer to fix the problem. Of course the hidden code reloads and downloads another randomly named *.exe program to my Temp folder. I have run Spybot, Adaware and just recently added AVG anti-spyware and have cleaned up my computer as best I can. The program keeps coming back

Ran Hijack and selected 02 BH) (non name) to remove but see that it is still in the latest listing but 00004 HKLN (ftutil2) seems to be gone. Restarted computer only a few minutes ago so it is too soon to know if Symantec will find ADWARE.lop as this usually happens after the system has been up for twenty minutes or so. Thanks

Hi, found and erased conime.exe then ran the online f-secure. Actually ran it twice as both times it ran for so long that I wasn't at the computer when it finished. as it was running the first time I saw that it had found one virus, second time no virus. however program shut down without me seeing what transpired. Shut down everything and then rebooted the computer. Ran Hijackthis. after i ran the program and was opening up the e-mail site, Norton advised that it found Adware.lop so the problem continues. If this keeps up, I am prepared to reformat the discs and restore the system. Tks

Went to Control Panel - add/remove and looked for programs listed . Did not find any but found and removed "Customer enhancement software" or similiar looking name. Download from lop.com would not run. Error message stated that security would not allow program to run. Ran ATV_ remove and cleared out everything. Rebooted and here is the latest Hijackthislog
