Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two.

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
Thank LDTate for your prompt response and your donated time, we all really appreciate what you guys do.

Below is my current scan but please keep in mind it has been a while since my first post and things have changed a little bit in my registry. ATF cleaned up over 2 Gigs and my comp perked up on bootup. However after installing and/or uninstalling Style XP, ObjectBar, and YzShadow I've been having strange behavior in the desktop such as window's shadows presisting for few moments after close, desktop bar disappearing on me (once!) some windows won't close right away and I am missing the icon for the Outlook shortcut on the desktop (the shortcut is there and works)
