i need help removeing hijack this from my desk top.

i need help removeing hijackthis from my desk top. becuse every time i try and remove it it tells me that if i
do it mite couse one of my programs to fail or not work.so if you could help me in any way that would be help full thanks for anny help you can give me.

Simply click yes on the requester box. HJT is not tied into any other program and will not affect the running of other programs, it is a standalone program. The only thing you would be deleting is any backups that you have made from deleted lines. As long as you are clear from malware then go ahead and delete it! I myself would keep it tucked away just in case you need it again. I would simply move it to the C: drive for any future use.
