I need to take some time to look over your Hijack This log to come up with a fix. Please remember that I am an undergraduate which means I need to have my posts to you checked by a teacher or moderator to make sure I'm giving you the proper instructions. This process won't take long and I thank you for your patience. I'll be back with you soon.
I notice that you're not running any kind of Anti-Virus software on your PC. A good anti-viral program is essential. There are some excellent free programs out there. I've included some links below:
Next, I would like to see a different kind of log from Hijack This please follow these instructions:

Step 1
  • Run Hijackthis.
  • Click on Open the Misc Tools section.
  • Next click on Open uninstall manager.
  • Press the Save list button. It will open a Notepad file.
  • Save the file to your desktop, with the default name of uninstall_list
  • Copy & Paste the entire contents of that file in your in your next post.
Step 2
  • Download this file - combofix.exe
  • Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply. If the log does not open automatically it can be found in C:\combofix.txt

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
Please post back with the uninstall list, the combofix.txt log, and a fresh Hijack This log.

Hi Jahan. Based on these problems I believe a repair install of the operating system is in order. It should not cause you to lose your data and will only replace system files. You'll need your Windows XP CD. A link to specific instructions is below. Let me know if you have any questions.
