It showing up in the Add & Remove list ….Also it is in the C drive under Microsoft Office and under Common filies too…No matter what it will not delete…

krome8800 That's what is confusing. In the first uninstall list you posted from Hijackthis, Microsoft office was not on that list. It is odd that you can see it on the list on your Machine, but Hijackthis was unable to see it. Maybe its because it's a Beta Version. I know some of the Beta versions I tested for MS ther are certain protection measures built in to keep them from being hacked. Have to tried to download it again from MS, then uninstall it? bamajim

Yes i tried to install a regular Office but this beta takes over….Is there a way Like on MSn messager that u can log into my computer and view things?

If you look at post # 8 you can see the Miscrosoft Excel 12 that is part of it..

I saw the pieces you indicated, but that doesn't give me what I need to solve the problem. BETA programs are different in nature

MS probably won't allow to you overlay a beta with an actual program. Have you tried to reload the BETA again? There must be an uninstaller file missing?

As far as a remote hook up, that may be something we could discuss in PM (private message) I wouldn't want to persue that in open forum for security reasons.

I've been researching this. And I an waiting on a call from a contact a MS. I have to be careful with this, I don't want to crash anything.

But I had a thought today, I want to try a couple of things

Download CCleaner from here to clean temp files from your computer.

• Double click on the file to start the installation of the program.
• Select your language and click OK, then next.
• Read the license agreement and click I Agree.
• Click next to use the default install location. Click Install then finish to complete installation.
• Double click the CCleaner shortcut on the desktop to start the program.
• When the program opens, In the left Pane Select Tools
• Then Select Uninstall
• Then Select Save to Text File->>Save it to your Desktop
• Close the program and copy and paste that that list as a reply to this thread
• Caution: It is not recommended that you use the "Issues" feature unless you are very familiar with the registry as it has been known to find legitimate items.

Rerun CCleanerIn the Left Pane Select Tools
In the Right Pane Select Uninstall
Highlite the entries one at a time and Select Run Uninstaller->>Auto
See if They Will Uninstall

krome8800 It may not because it is running. Reboot into Safe Mode, and Try it again. If it will not uninstall, tell me what happens when you try to remove it thanks bamajim

the windows installer service could not be accessed. this can occur if you are running windows in safe mode, or if the windows installer is not correctly installed. contact your support personnel for assistance. now when i type this in notepad in safe mode so i could copy and patse it here…. it seems like the programs that couldnt be unstalled is trying to reinstall miscrsoft word becuase what i wrote in safe modewas in notepad but now it showing up in word.. if that makes any sense at all….LoL

When you tried to uninstall it in CCleaner in normal mode did you get any errors or did it just refuse to go? Will reply tomorrow thanks bamajim

It just refuse to go or do anything….I bet this is something I will never forget..Thanks bamajim for sticking this out with me and not giving up. Just curious would you still want to do un CCleaner and take the Window Xp related off the computer?
