With AVG Anti-Spyware, if you click on the Infections icon, then it will show you all the items in Quarrantine and you can remove them that way. Just click Select All (if all of the items in quarrantine need removing) then Remove Finally

You need to update SunJava.
Updating Java:
Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 10.
  • Scroll down to where it says "The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation with or without Multi-language and save to your desktop.
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  • Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  • Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name. It should have the [external image: Posted Image] icon next to it.
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  • Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  • Then from your desktop double-click on jre-1_5_0_09-windowsi586-p.exe to install the newest version.
Other then that your log looks good.

How's it running?
Hello Again I did what you told me too do, my computer takes about 5 minutes or more to come on. also in my firewall settings i keep on closing port 135 and it some how it is always open again, and i have checked my event veiwer and seen that at times when i am in bed the the internet is being connected i really dont have a clue what is happening. Again thanks so much for your help.
I don't see anything else in your log that looks bad.

Have you tried Disk Defragmenter?

when i am in bed the the internet is being connected

That could be a number of things. Your ISP or programs updating. If that bothers you, unplug the connection to the internet.
my internet connection turns off through out the day and i cant get windows updates at all. i am sorry for being a nuisance, is it possible that someone could be entering my computer files, i will do disk de frag
Have you talked to your ISP company? There might also be settings that will disconnect your connection after being idle for x amount of time.
