where we can set the home page that use current,use default,use blank they r not working...they don't appear like we can click on that.....i know how to set the homepage but...i can't click on that things..frm where we can set it.... i hope for a urgent anf helpfull rply...

The various "free downloader stuff" "could" be interferring..... I don't know, but I'd disable them all in MSCONFIG - StartUp(tab) and then try to set your home page.

If that fails, then:

Next run your Windows File Protection System File Checker

Start - Run - (type)sfc /scannow - Enter <---------- Notice the space between "c" and "/"
