How do I get my infromation from the HijackThis file on this forum?

Once you've downloaded Hijackthis
Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\\HJT\\, Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C:
then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.
Then move Hijackthis.exe to that folder
Then double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log, it will open in Notepad. Then Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents and paste the log as a reply to this thread
