Welcome to the forum :wavey:

The "Klone virus" isn't currently showing.

You do have a few other issues.

Go to:

Start –> Control Panel –> Add/Remove Programs

Remove VSAdd-in, then reboot. It's an undesirable program.

I see TWO antivirus programs running, Norton and AVG. This also is undesirable. I suggest you choose ONE, and uninstall the other.

Next you need to move HijackThis! into a folder of it's own.

Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.

MOVE (drag-n-drop) HijackThis into this folder.

If required a tutorial is here = Hijackthis Folder Tutorial

After doing that, rename:

HijackThis.exe

To:

iseeyou.exe

Reboot, run it and post a new log file into this thread.

Sometime the Klone virus hides itself from HijackThis!

Renaming it will make anything hidden appear.
:)
I did so, except remove Norton, which is dormant in any case. I got this
