Here is a recent log. Also my computer runs slower than usual and sometimes when I am on the internet it says "sorry error" or something like that and then it asks if I want to debug, which I'm not sure what that means then the internet just shuts down and I have to start all over

Not seeing much there that wowuld slow it down. Well except for norton. ;)

Close all programs leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following,
