New to Hijack This & just ran it on my PC. I'm not sure if there's anything here about which I should be concerned. Any feedback is appreciated. I've attached the log below.

hi Call_Me_Dizzy, looks ok to me. you have some apps in the grey zone, some may call them spyware, some not. its these two: WildTangent Viewpoint Manager go to there websites, read about them mainly there privacy policy. goggling them will get you plenty of info also. in any case a hjt log isnt conclusive evidence, you should download, install update and run one or two of these: Ad-aware AVG Anti-Spyware Pest Patrol Spy Sweeper Spyware Doctor SUPERAntiSpyware Windows Defender shelf life
Thanks, Shelf Life. The WildTangent I'm familiar with - it's a gaming site that I'll probably remove. I can't remember exactly what the Viewpoint Manager is, but am pretty sure it's something that I intentionally installed at one point. I had previously installed & run SUPERAntiSpyware. It found several tracking cookies plus a number of files from Adware.GAIN/Gator. I deleted all of them. I appreciate your help determining what was in that log. Thank you. Dizzy
hi Call_Me_Dizzy,

I had previously installed & run SUPERAntiSpyware.

yes, i didnt see that first time around.
tracking cookies i wouldnt worry about.

scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.these items are not malware but they are not needed at start up:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HotKeysCmds] C:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] \"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe\" -osboot

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\jusched.exe

O4 - Startup: Microsoft Find Fast.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\FINDFAST.EXE

O4 - Startup: Office Startup.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA.EXE

you might try atf cleaner. use it to help clean up temp files cookies etc:
