21oct06 I downloaded and installed HijackThis and visited HijackThis Quick Start…. but… uh oh, I got hijacked before the first page. What's happening is the IT on the server between my computer and the ISP has placed a URL to an advertisement page that hijacks my browser whether secured or not. I would like to block or somehow stop this activity. I have asked the manager of the server for privacy but all I get is spin. This guy has hijacked my secure email and visits to my bank account. I have not used Hijack This and hope that someone with experience will help. y eye
