Hello.
I am owrking on a friend's machine. When she boots up it hangs indefinitely most of the time and she has to keep pushing the power button and hoping, about one time in ten it actually boots up.

I have just ininstalled McAfee to see if that was hanging it up.
The hp junk software was removed before I got here, and I think it was uninstalled wrong.
Also, there is a new HP 7410 all in one, and they think they installed that wrong.


Any ideas?
