slow running pc as well as many pop ups

hi i ran ad-aware already and spybot on safe mode already…but everytime i log on the computer still runs slow and the system 32 folder always pops up along with a screen that as me about pest control etc…… i ran hijack this so here is the log file

hi miguel r,

first look in add/remove programs panel and uninstall wintools if present. if present uninstall, reboot then scan with hjt and post a new hjt log for me.

if wintools is not present in the list do this:

boot computer into safe mode, you reach safe mode by tapping the f8 key during a computer restart.
chose the first option safe mode.
once in safe mode:

First:
go to start>run and type in–> services.msc,<–in the list of services that comes up look for>>WinTools for IE service

right click on it and select properties. under the general tab:
make sure that the service status is: Stopped
and the Startup type is: disabled

next:
scan with HJT, put a checkmark beside the items below, close all windows and click fix checked.

if you cant see some of the folders do this, then recheck for them:

Set Windows to show Hidden files and folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

hey yea i did everything that you asked, but i couldn't find no wintools at all. also i didnt see the oter folders and yea i had all files shown including the hidden ones. the system 32 folder still pops up at start-up. well here's the log file. maybe i missed something.

hi miguel r, ok good so far. time to go out and get avg antispyware(ewido). 30 day trial version. download, install update and scan with it. after the scan, you can save the report. please post the avg report in next reply. if there is alot of cookies in the report you can edit them out. shelf life
