everytime i try to open a program i get an error. it asks me to click ok to terminate and cancel to debug. when i press cancel to debug, the error just shows up again. I need help removing files after scanning with hijackthis.

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Now, please go to:

Start –> Run

In the box type in services.msc then hit < Enter > (or click OK)

In the Name column look for:

Microsoft ASPI Manager

< Double-click > it.

In the dialogue box that pops up, check in the Path to executable box.

It should say: C:\WINDOWS\System32\aspi244069.exe

That's how to be sure you have the right one.

Now, click Stop to stop that rogue process.

In the Startup type box, change it to Disabled.

Click Apply then OK

Close the services.msc window.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Close the program.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\inet20004\101151943.dll <— file

c:\windows\inet20004\winlogon.exe <— file
(DELETE THIS WINLOGON.EXE IN THIS FOLDER ONLY!!!!)

c:\windows\system32\3339_32.dll <— file

c:\windows\system32\aspi244069.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\dmvkb.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\xiqtn.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\z1744.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\z2409.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\rpcc.exe <— file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode.

* Run Fixwareout on the desktop.
* Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
* The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
* You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
* Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
* Once the desktop loads a text will open (report.txt). We'll need that in a bit.

"Copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread.

Also open this file with Notepad:

C:\fixwareout\report.txt

And paste it's contents into your next post.
