Not sure if you need this one. I wouldn't delete it, but it doesn't need to be in startup unless you want it to.
hpgs2wnd.exe "HP's exclusive Share-to-Web software makes it easy to share content with others through our affiliate Internet websites."

no it is an infrared type; hard wired — or at least plugged into the back of the computer

Do you have it on a dark mouse pad surface? Using a optical mouse on a light colored surface can cause that.
ok I will remove that then, I am not sure why I would need to share much other then somw photos with friends….If I stop things in startup I can still use them if I want to…Right? I can go to where they are and start that program like nero….I dont have to let it be in the start up It is on an oak desk top

Yes.
Best way to get into safe mode? and what do I do once there….I amguessing it will be just like the rest of my computer in the mode it is in now.. Find the offending file and just click delete???
Restart your computer in Safe Mode. Press F8 after the Power-On Self Test (POST) is done. If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, try restarting and then pressing F8 several times after the POST screen. Choose the Safe Mode option from the Windows Advanced Options Menu then press Enter. This can take several miniutes to load. Then find and delete ispbak50
:D :D :weee: Hot dog!!! I think it is gone!!! I also emptied the recycle bin in safe mode… Did come accross something called torpedo software (a folder) looked at it thought nothing of it so I went to get rid of it and it said I might not want to do that…..Do you know what that is or what it does or if it might be needed??? think you are right about mouse I but it on a DARK brown and no jumping. I was able to see MANY things in the safe mode that I can not see in normal mode. I deleted some stuff while there that I thought might be useless. Why can I not see them in normal mode?? Also it gave me two choices in the begining Adminastrator or me so I clicked admin…. Is there a differance ad if so can I get this computer back to just adminwithout any extra users …accept guest?
You can Google torpedo software. Google shows a few different things it could be.

Alot of things don't load when you start in Safe Mode. That's how you can delete items easier because that file/program didn't load.

The administrator account really shouldn't be used unless you need to use it. It's "God" as far as the PC is concerned. You should also create a password for the administrator account. One you won't forget.

The guest account is just that. Anyone can login and use that account. IMO, the Guest account should be disabled. In your situation, you only need your account and the administrator account. When windows starts in normal mode it will assume it's your account so you don't have to login with a password unless you decide to set it up that way.

I suggest you check out the torpedo software and decide if you want to remove it.

Then do this and you should be good to go.

You need to create a new Clean restore point.

Note: This will remove all previous Restore Points

Turn off System Restore:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Restart your computer, turn it back on.

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Remove the Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Double-click My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Check "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files" folder, Uncheck "Show hidden files and folders."
Check "Hide protected operating system files."
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Mr. Tate, you have been a lot of help. I will do those things you have just suggested. I am guessing that when you say disable you mean delete. I might have some other issues while trying to get this thing reconfigured, may I contact you to ask advice or for opinions? If so how do I reach you, as in get you on here just a pm or should I go into a chatroom and ask for you? You have helped me so much in all of this and tought me an awful lot. I will look into getting into the "classroom" and getting some extra teaching so I may in turn help others too again I thank you for all you have done. s
I hate to bother you again but as I was going through in the add remove of the computer getting rid of old things and adding new and updated I was trying to remove the Kazza and eurohist and some ohter but they were missing some file and all. I know we got rid of them but how do I now let that part of the computer know that they are gone or just let it be as it is?
