New-Need help with my hijackthis log

Ok now im frustrated…I have did everything up to clicking the red and white delete file button…when I did that I get at box "You have not specified any File to Delete. You must specify a File Path in the yellow box"…..now what?

Lets try them one at a time then;

Then double-click on the killbox.exe program.

At the main screen of KillBox, select the option: Delete on Reboot
Then, in the Full Path of File to Delete box copy/paste the following entry:

C:\WINNT\system32\syspe.exe

Press the button with a red circle and a white X (Delete File button)
KillBox will alert you: All listed files will be deleted on next Reboot
Click Yes
Next prompt will be: Files will be removed on reboot. Do you want to reboot now?
Select No

Do the same for the following (one at a time):

C:\WINNT\netrd.exe
C:\DOCUME~1\JO-ANN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\F.tmp.exe
C:\DOCUME~1\JO-ANN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\10.tmp.exe
C:\DOCUME~1\JO-ANN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\F.tmp.exe
C:\DOCUME~1\JO-ANN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\10.tmp.exe

When done with the last file, at the prompt: Do you want to reboot now?

Ok when I got to the last file and pressed yes to reboot I got this box PendingFileRenameOperationsRegistry Data has been Removed by External Process….Do I press OK?

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two.


Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

I take that back about the computer running fine…It's not running fine everything freezes like before, I have to use EndItAll to close all what is running on the computer in order to open any windows up on the internet. I get the same msg as before…grey box shows up that says End It Now and I have to click ok and everything is gone once again…back to square 1.

I do appreciate all the time you have given me today, not sure if this will ever get fixed or I might have to get it looked at afterall.

Still need EndItAll to shut down everything since still freezes up…I am upgrading my computer soon. Think a good dump and reload needs to be done…I will wait til then, in the meantime I will run it the way I have with EndItAll, seems to be working ok that way. Thank you for all your help LDTate., very much appreciated. If I ever have any problems I will definately come back to this site. :D
