Sorry, I was tired. Regseeker. It just kept finding items over and over again. Eventually I just had to stop because it didn't seem like it was changing at all.

Sorry, I was tired. Regseeker. It just kept finding items over and over again. Eventually I just had to stop because it didn't seem like it was changing at all.

Once you remove all that it found, they shouldn't come back. Did you wait for it to finish and Right Click any item listed and select what to remove.
Things seem fine. I say "seem" because every scan I run says it finds new things. So, how am I to know that everything is really clean. I'll bet you that if I ran some other new scanner right now, it would still say that there was spyware or other malware on my system regardless of the fact that another scan 30 minutes ago said everything was fine. You know what I mean? I'm not downplaying your help at all, you've been amazing. But, how the heck are you ever supposed to know for sure that everything's gone? From what I know, the system running smoothly and "feeling" good, doesn't necessarily mean that there aren't things floating around behind the scenes. Is there something I can do to test my PC to see if it's running moer smoothly? Some kind of efficiency test?
If it were my PC, I'd run a Virus scan and Ewido scan in Safe Mode, cleaning everything found. I would run them until nothing is found except cookies, which you'll always have after connecting to the internet.
Ok, finally was able to get back to this. I did an ewido scan in safe mode. Cleaned everything. And then did a spybot scan and it found four instances of Casalemedia(?). Cleaned everything. Would you like to see a new hijackthis log?
I hate to say it, but it feels like there's a lag again. With website loading, it's that white browser page stall when you open a new window, you know? Anyway, here's the log from 5 minutes ago.

Well the only thing I can think of is to stop items from auto starting:

these aren't bad, but not needed to auto start so unless you need them to auto start, check them off.

Close ALL windows and browsers except HijackThis and click "Fix checked"

Reboot and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis log file into this thread.

Also please describe how your computer behaves at the moment.
New logfile. I'm gonna have to play with the computer a while to really get a sense of how it's running. I'll be doing different things on it today so that should give it a good test run.

Well, everything seems ok so far today. Getting good, consistant speeds, even while downloading a big file. So, PLEASE, help me out with the next thing. I've got the following: Running all the time: - AVG Free - Sygate's Personal Firewall - WinPatrol - SpywareBlaster (Should I have SpywareGuard installed as well?) Run manually every few days: - AdAware SE - scans every few days - Spybot Search And Destroy - scans every few days - CCleaner - once in a while Am I doing something wrong? Are my programs conflicting with each other and malfunctioning? If there's a program that worth spending money on instead of all these free ones, please tell me casue I'll gladly pay anything to limit these occurences. I mean, I have a Linksys router with hardware firewall built-in! So, malware shouldn't really happen that much right?
