Hi I'm Angelfire777 and it'll be my pleasure to assist you in your problem. Reasearching Hijackthis logs could take sometime so please, be patient while I research a fix for you. Also, I have to let experts check my fixes first before bringing them to you. Please observe these while we work: 1.) Please stick with this thread until we are finished, do not start a new topic here or start a new thread at other forums. Do not worry, We were trained to help and never give up until we get you all fixed up. 2.) Stop if you have questions!! Never proceed if something is unclear to you. We don't want to start all over again. 3.) Avoid downloading other applications or other anti-spyware programs unless you really need to. 4.) Lastly, please be patient and never lose hope. Sometimes, it will take us several tries and posts to get something done. Sit back tight, I'll be back for you!
Hijackthis needs to be in its own folder:

a.) While in your desktop, Right click in the background > Go to new > Click folder > Name the folder HJT

b.) After creating the folder, find your Hijackthis.exe (it looks like a detonator with some dynamites). Then cut and paste that file to the new folder you created.
==========================
Go to control panel > add/remove programs > Uninstall the items in bold if found.

LimeWire
This program could probably be the reason why you are having some malware troubles. Having a P2p program on your machine is like playing with fire. I strongly suggest you remove that one.
FlashEnhancer or FTK

Reboot
==========================
Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

DO NOT run any other options until you are told to do so

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

I think this is all,
Thanksfor your help.
Hi, you didn't give me the hijackthis uninstall list. Please include it in your next post..

Please print out or copy these instructions to Notepad as the internet will not be (while in Safe Mode) available to you at certain points of the removal process. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before moving on with the fixes.

Please download Ewido to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder.
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
  • Install Ewido by double clicking the installer.
  • Follow the prompts. Make sure that Launch Ewido is checked.
  • On the main screen under Your Computer's security.
    • Click on Change state next to Resident shield. It should now change to inactive.
    • Next to Last Update, click on Update now. (You will need an active internet connection to perform this)
    • Wait until you see the Update succesfull message.
  • Right-click the Ewido Tray Icon and select Exit. Confirm by clicking Yes.
If you are having problems with the updater, you can use this link to manually update ewido.
Ewido manual updates.
Download the Full database to your Desktop or to your usual Download Folder and install it by double clicking the file. Make sure that Ewido is closed before installing the update.
DO NOT run Ewido yet
______________________________

Reboot into Safe Mode

You may want to print these instructions here or save them in notepad since you'll work offline

To enter Safe Mode….

Click start > turn off computer > Restart > When you hear the computer beep once, begin tapping F8 rapidly > this will bring up a menu > use your keyboard to scroll to safe mode > hit enter

Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press Enter.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.
You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?" answer Yes by typing Y and hit Enter.
The tool will also check if wininet.dll is infected. If a clean version is found, you will be prompted to replace wininet.dll. Answer Yes to the question "Replace infected file ?" by typing Y and hit Enter.

A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process, if you computer does not restart automatically please do it yourself manually. Reboot in Safe Mode.

The tool will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Please post that log along with all others requested in your next reply.

In order for you to help me, please and please post back with ALL the logs that I requested. You keep on posting them one by one and still, you missed the Ewido log.

1.) Go to control panel > add/remove programs > Uninstall the items in bold if found.

1. Azureus

2. LimeWire

3. LimeWire PRO 4.12.3

These programs could probably be the reasons why you are having some malware troubles. Having P2p programs on your machine is like playing with fire. I strongly suggest you remove those.

4. ISTsvc

5. HentaII3D-017.004 (Cracked)
Do you know what that is? If not, please uninstall it too.

6. BullsEye Network

7. Command

8. MalwareWipe.com 4.2
Please uninstall that program since it is considered as a Rogue Antispyware application as listed HERE.

9. Safety Bar

10. Search Assistant - My Search

11. snss

12. SpyQuake2.com 2.3
Please uninstall that program since it is considered as a Rogue Antispyware application as listed HERE.

13. VirtuallyJenna-2.017.002 (Cracked)
Do you know what that is? If not, please uninstall it too.

14. YazzleActiveX By OIN

15. XviD MPEG-4 Video Codec

16. ClockSync
It's by WhenU, the makers of the Save Now spyware, and they're usually seen in tandem, so it's advised to replace it with one of may spyware free alternatives available

17. Download Accelerator Plus
If you have the paid version for this program, you can keep it but if you have the free version, I suggest you uninstall it since it contains spyware.

Reboot
