Welcome to the forum, you have a pretty good mess here, I will suggest you keep the computer offline as much as possible, this junk will attract more.

You have a New.Net hijacker: O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\program files\newdotnet\newdotnet6_90.dll' missing and HJT can't fix this. Use the information in this link to get rid of it:
http://www.newdotnet.com/removal.html I have never had a problem when that information is used to remove the hijacker, but if you should lose your ability to connect, these are tools to be used for an emergency only:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/winsockxpfix.html

Where did you get all of this junk??

You have the Smitfraud trojan, follow the directions at this link:

Use the "Add Reply" button to add your information, copy/paste it do not quote or code.
When you are finished, post the three logs requested at the end of the instructions and I will respond as soon as possible after that, there will be more to do.

Thanks
