Hi
I am so not a computer geek..:( My computer is running so slooooooooow and i have run various spyware removers, ect..and nothing is helping..i know it's infected with something because the screen keeps flashing and i can't go anywhere..please help me!!

Welcome to the forum, much of your problem is probably being caused by the fact you are running competing antivirus programs at the same time. See this:

Uninstall one, update the one you keep and run a complete system scan, post for me any item that can't be removed, the complete name and pathway.

You are running HJT.exe from a .zip file in a Temporary Directory. This is unsafe as we will have no backups. That is why you received this message when you used HJT: http://russelltexas.com/malware/images/unsafefolder.gif
