A couple of the things that are happening is that I can't print anything from online or outlook, also a small box pops up occaisionally that says "16 bit MS-Dos Subsystem c:\ntp.exe the NTVDM CPP has encountered an illegal instruction…, also I my spybot was acting strange so I re-downloaded it, but I can't complete the installation. I've run an ewido scan and it was fine. Adaware doesn't show anything, but yesterday, avg picked up backdoor trojans. Thanks again, Jenney ***I just ran an avg scan and it turned up 4 backdoor trojans - Generic 3. EKW, so I guess even though I supposedly "healed " them, they keep coming back***

If you still need help, Scan again with HijackThis, and copy/paste" a new log file into this thread.
