Please look over the Following Entries I have listed, run Hijack This again and check them and then, making sure you have No Internet Explorer Windows open, including this one, Press the "Fix Checked" Button with HijackThis.

Reboot If I have specified below, and Post a Fresh HijackThis log.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ny9jzhpkgf] C:\WINNT\a096475iz5.exe

This is not malware related but it is a resource hog so you can have hijack this fix it.

O4 - Global Startup: Office Startup.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA.EXE

After this, Reboot and Delete the following files:

C:\WINNT\a096475iz5.exe

Note: Make sure you have Set Windows to show Hidden Files & Folders before you Start Sending Them to us For Analysis, or you're deleting them. This can be done by looking at the instructions at This Webpage http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html

To Delete These Files/Folders, You Will need to Boot into Safe Mode. This can be done by tapping F8 while your machine reboots.

that is because of the line that I told you to remove with Hijack this, once that is gone it should fix it. Please post a fresh hijack this log after you have removed those entries.

Looks clean good job. are you still having popups here?
If so here is what I recommend.
download Spybot: Search and Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=download . Check for Updates first, download ALL Updates and Do a Scan. When finished, make sure ALL RED items have been ticked, and click the "Fix Selected Problems" Button.

I'd Also Recommend you Download AdAware, Another good Antispyware Program From http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ . Install The Program and Run it. Make Sure You Click the "Check for Updates" Button before starting a scan. Do a scan on AdAware and Remove Everything it suggests.

also for futre protection download and install
SpywareBlaster will block bad ActiveX and malevolent cookies. http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

IE-SPYAD puts over 4000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.

Both are very small free programs that you run once, and then just occasionally to check for updates.
