Thanks for tryin to help.. I re-scanned as the same problem persists. When i open my browser (IE) and try to connect after awhile of browsing then going idle…upon trying to open IE again or reload an existing page I get nothing. At the bottom in the status bar i notice whenever this problem happens, it reads "connecting to 1.0.0.0"… instead of connecting to "yahoo.com" for example. Most times rebooting after running ccleaner and adaware will work. Sometimes i have to reboot two times and run those prgs in safemode. AVG scans in safemode and says nothing is there, same with Eweder or whatever the name was for anti-spyware…

Good Morning, :D

You need to disable Spyware Guard as it may interfere with the fix.
  • Double click on the Red SG Icon in your system tray.
  • Go to Options and remove the Three security checkmarks.
  • OK your way out of the program
Dont forget to re enable this when we are done fixing your computer

Open up HJT Scan Only, close your browser and all open windows, check this entry and click on Fix Checked.

O16 - DPF: {DF780F87-FF2B-4DF8-92D0-73DB16A1543A} - http://download.games.yahoo.com/games/web_…aploader_v6.cab

Here are a few options to thy.
  • Click Start>Run
  • Type in sfc /scannow, hit Enter.
  • Note: there is a space between sfc and /scannow
  • This should replace any corrupted/missing system files and will hopefully fix things.
You may need your XP disc in your CD drive for this.

Close any instance of Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer.
  • Go to Start> Control Panel> Internet Options . You shoud be on the General Tab
  • Delete Cookies
  • Delete Files > and offline content as well
  • Then go to the Programs Tab and Reset Web Settings

You have Ewido Installed  Have it set up this way, check for updates and run a scan, I need to see the report along with a new HJT log please.
