Hello my Name is Ryan and i currently am gettin popups all the time! My computer also runs fast untill i open more than one program then it starts running slow! Also my computer keeps randomly Shutting off i have no idea what thats from and i start college soon and i do not need thing please help me thanks! Heres my HJT log! Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

c:\windows\system32\lbx.dll <--- file

c:\windows\system32\ppatch~2 <--- FOLDER

c:\windows\system32\nopdb.dll <--- file

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)

Thank you so much for your help! I could not find four of the files that you wanted me to delete c:\windows\system32\??mbols <--- FOLDER c:\windows\system32\lbx.dll <--- file c:\windows\system32\ppatch~2 <--- FOLDER c:\windows\system32\nopdb.dll <--- file I did go into safe mode and made it so i could see the hidden files but i still couldn't see them... here is my HJT log! My computer is running alot better with few to no pop ups! Thanks a bunch! The only thing is thought when i have alot of programs open my computer goes slow...i dont know why also it shuts off on itself time to time...i thought since i have a laptop it might be because the fan is over heating but how do u keep the fan from over heating? thanks -Ryan

The more windows/programs you have open, the more CPU/memory is being used, so the slower you go.

Keep the vents free from obstructions to allow for ventilation to solve the overheating.
