Hi guys

i'm a novice when it comes to complicated things like this and would be gratefull if anyone could give me some advice of how to rectify my problem. The problem consists of constant changing of my homepage, new windows popping up at regular intervals and windows that i've opened myself closing themselves. I have included my hijack this log:

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!
Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

Then click "Fix checked".
Now, please go to:

Start –> Run

In the box type in services.msc then hit (or click OK)

In the Name column in the next screen look for:

www.jiaozhu.net

In the dialogue box that pops up, check in the Path to executable box.

It should say: c:\windows\system32\svch0st.exe

That's how to be sure you have the right one.

Now, click Stop to stop that rogue process.

In the Startup type box, change it to Disabled.

Click Apply then OK

Close the services.msc window.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Find and delete:

c:\program files\dittosidebar<— FOLDER

c:\program files\seekmo <— FOLDER

c:\windows\system32\wdfmgr32.exe <— file

c:\windows\lsass.exe <— file
(DELETE THIS LSASS.EXE IN THIS FOLDER ONLY!!!)

c:\windows\system32\netcfgw.exe <— file

c:\windows\winlogon.exe <— file
(DELETE THIS WINLOGON.EXE IN THIS FOLDER ONLY!!!)

c:\windows\system32\start.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\realplayer.exe <— file

c:\windows\system32\svch0st.exe <— file
(THIS FILE HAS THE NUMBER ZERO IN IT'S NAME NOT THE LETTER "o"!!!)

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread. :)

Download Killbox from here:

Unzip it, but don't run it yet.

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!
Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

In the list of processes, find C:\WINDOWS\WINLOGON.EXE

Click to highlight, then click "Kill Process". OK any prompts.

In the list of processes, find C:\WINDOWS\system32\winmer.exe

Click to highlight, then click "Kill Process". OK any prompts.

Close Hijack This!

Copy the file names in the quote box below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing
C (hold the key down, then press C):

Run Killbox.

In Killbox select "Delete on Reboot".

Click File (in the upper left of Killbox), and choose "Paste from Clipboard".

Click the red dot with the white X in it, in the upper right of Killbox, then click "Yes", and "Yes" again.

After the reboot, "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread. :)

Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Torjan Program] C:\WINDOWS\WINLOGON.EXE

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ToP] C:\WINDOWS\LSASS.exe

Then click "Fix checked".

Now, in HijackThis!, click on Config –> Misc Tools –> Open Process Manager

In the list of processes, find C:\WINDOWS\LSASS.exe

Click to highlight, then click "Kill Process". OK any prompts.

Close Hijack This!

Now, run Killbox.

In Killbox select "Delete on Reboot".

Paste the next line into the "Full Path of File to Delete" text box.

C:\WINDOWS\LSASS.exe

Click the red dot with the white X in it, in the upper right of Killbox, then click "Yes", and "Yes" again.

When the machine reboots, "copy/paste" a new log file into this thread. :)

Boot in "safe" mode

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Close the program.

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread.
