It is only me on here. I have two accounts both are admins. there is an adminestrtor acount and then one that I use that is called something else. I have tried to delete it but I can not. I think both have the same things on them but I am not sure. I usually make everything available for all accounts. the second account is owner.
fast way of saying all that is : YES there is an owner and adminastrator account. both have full access.

Ok so here is what happened. I went to log off ans switch users and only the one poped up. only the owners account. However, when I shut down and boot in safe mode there is two that shows up. I am going to make a guess that it does that only for safe mode and really the only account on here is "owner". Sorry about that, due to seeing the two when I am in safe mode I thought there really was two.

I think that all things shared are in owner and visa versa.

ok so I wanted to test a theory. I closed spyware guard like you said all over again and then did hjt to look again if it was there the three items you said to delete. They were, I put a check by them and clicked fix and all went away as always. then ran hjt again right after that and they were wtill there. I made sure all things were closed when I did it accept I did have one thing running. It was O&O drive led. A program that lets me know temp of the computer etc.
so now I have you up to speed with me on this.
I am also experiancing the same issues as before: windows in back, window not alowing typing until first clicking, some lag time in start up, mouse going where it wants when it wants.

Do you have any other programs other than spyware guard not watch over the registry?
Like maybe McAfee or some other program?
It looks like you have a program reinstalling the registry keys.

That is a hard one for me to answer. Sorry about it. I will do what I can to list some things on this computer.
I have McAfee, spyware guard and blaster. I have start up monitor.
it tells me when something is trying to put in to run at start up. I have two O&O products, led and clever cash. I have spyware doctor on here too. it is not set up to run though unless I need it to.
I think that is about it however if the tom coyote websit says it is something you need or should have or do I most likely have it on here

I disabled it and did another hjt and did a fix on the three issues. they did not go away.
I notice that it says hklm\…..\ something or another. I s there a way to seprate the dots and read what that part is to see where the problem might be? maybe???
