I have trojans that pop up on my symantec, srvuln.exe, srvbtr.exe and bgates.exe. There is also a Dialer.Kotu, idd11.tmp.exe.

hi bhigh37, log dosnt provide any clues. try this: boot your computer into safe mode by tapping the f8 key during a restart. chose the first option from the list safe mode. now in safe mode run your antivirus and ewido. after ewido runs, save the report someplace where you can find it. reboot normally, post the saved ewido report in your reply, you can edit the cookies out if its real long. shelf life
Here is the ewido log and a new HJT log. The trojan that seems to be in my system is the Agent.100 and bgates.exe. That's the one that TrojanHunter finds anyway. But as soon as it is cleaned it is back 30 seconds later. Sometimes I can actually see a DOS command box open and close in an instant

Below is the what TrojanHunter did after a Quick Scan

Removed registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\explorer\run\kernel32.dll

Removed registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run\issearch.exe

Removed registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSSMGR

Removed registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\Run\issearch.exe

Renamed file C:\WINDOWS\system32\ismini.exe to C:\WINDOWS\system32\ismini.exe.tcf
Trojan cleaning finished.

No. I can't seem to get rid of Agent.100. I remove the processes starting with IS. I clear the c:\windows\temp folder and the IE cache. I delete the MSSMGR reg key, but it always comes back. I've used Ewido, Symantec, TrojanHunter, but everytime it gets "cleaned" it is back 30 seconds later. Sometimes I can even see a DOS command box open and close in an instant. I am running a TrendMicro Sysclean scan now to see what it finds. I've had success with it in the past cleaning other people's machines. I am going to try a few other things and post a new HJT this afternoon. Let me know if you can think of anything else.
I think I got it. After everything I tried I went back to the first thing I use to scan other people's computers when they bring them to me to clean. Why I didn't use it on myself in the first place, I don't know. But, it was the only tool that actually identified the problematic file, winzlo32.dll. It wasn't able to clean it but at least it identified it. After that, I renamed it, restarted and did some cleanup and everything seems to be okay. If anything comes back I'll start a new thread.
