I am having trouble getting rid of this System Integrity scan wizard. Wants me to install a scan wizard that happens once, but I did not want it to. Very annoying, slows down my computer. I have run Adaware SE, Windows Defender, spybot still cannot get rid of it. Here is my highjackthis log file. Appeciate any help you can give.

1) Download SmitfraudFix.zip by S!Ri from here and save it to your Desktop.
You will then need to extract the files.
To do this: Right click on the zipped folder and from the menu that appears, click on Extract All…
In the 'Extraction Wizard' window that opens, click on Next> and in the next window that appears, click on Next> again.
In the final window, click on Finish

2) Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Press "1" and then to start the search process.
When the search has completed, a text file, rapport.txt, will open with the results in - Copy and paste this report into your next reply.

A copy of the report can be found in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed.
For most, this file can be found by double-clicking My Computer and then Local Disk (C:)

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run any other options until you are asked to do so!

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

This fix is based on a canned speech supplied by Kimberly.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Run HJT:
  • Click Open the Misc Tools section.
  • Click Open Uninstall Manager…
  • Click Save list… and save it to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste the file uninstall_list.txt into your next reply.
I followed the instructions to download SmitfraudFix.zip. It went to my desktop and the instructions say to right click on the zipped folder under desktop and click on extract all and should get an extraction wizard. The choices I get are - extract files, extract here or Extract to SmitfraudFix\. I cant seem to get to the smitfraudfix.cmd.
Extract here will be fine - this should place a folder on your Desktop that will contain the files that you need to run the fix.
I was able to extract the files and when I double clicked on the Smitfraudfix.cmd my Norton came up and said something about maliceous alert. I chose run script anyway and a window came up that said process.exe is missing. ?
Create a folder on your Desktop called SmitfraudFix. Drag the zipped folder into it and extract all the files into that folder. Once you have done that, run the fix and tell Norton to allow everything that happens - some anti-virus programs can see the actions of this fix as malicious because they bear some similarities to that of malware. There is nothing malicious about the process, and you need it to work to clean up your PC.
