Post Virus help

TIA for your help. I have read alot and tried a few things but only partial success so I need your help. I got my self in a pinch by clicking on a file that Avast had scanned as not infected. Upon clicking on it, I got a few viruses. I beleive I have goten rid of the viruses but not the effects. I can only start in safe mode, I could not access or turn on Windows firewall - but I got that corrected by reregistering some .dlls. I had to download Zone alarm, if I do not start it immediately in Safemode then I get the remote shutdown prcedure - or Nt authority. I did have system restore turned off before I got infected. Ther are some anitvirus or anti spyware programs that I wanted to install but could not because i was either in safemode or blocked from doing so. Some programs like Panda will not scan at all nor can you change the settings which happens in Ewido. I can do online scans though. Different programs reported different things but here is a list of what has been reported by various programs.

Hello, thank you for your responce and help.

I removed everything in quarantine in Ewido as you suggested and then rebooted back into safe mode and scanned again - and it did not find anything.

I did the scan with F-secure and that came back great. Here is the log file.

I then rebooted in to normal mode, and after logging in (although it can happen before I log in), I got a blue screen of death.

Ok - I started Spybot and unchecked teatimer - although no pop ups or messages occured after - and then turned it off. I ran Hijack and selected all you said to - as well as closing all extra windows and browsers. I ended up with this error -

After that the rest went ok with Hijack this. I did not see the file c:\bupjd.exe, and I am able to view hidden files. I do believe I deleted that a week or two ago. For the wxvault.dll file, I was not able to delete it. I get error

cannot delete wxvault: Acess is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

At this point, I disconnected the internet connection and rebooted back into safe mode and did not start zone alarm. I checked Spybot again and indeed the teatimer option was unchecked. I turned it off and ran Hijack this agai and checked it against your list. I fouond one which was:

OK - I agree the blue screen could be a video driver, however, it only happened after the viral infection and in safe mode and it is a brand new computer, I have set the video settings to the max in safemode without any problems. So it seems a little suspect IMHO.

I successfully deleted/fixed what you asked in hijack. I then rebooted into normal mode and I was able to log in and I had thought that problem corrected but after a minute or two then the blue screen again. Here is a new Hijack log that I tried to copy and paste.

Ok here is an update. Took me a while to find my winxp Dell cd, but I did. I could not get the sfc /scannow to work in safe mode, I could try and start - a box would appear for a second only - no chance to read it. Nothing else would happen. As always if I do not check program control in Zone alarm or if I did not start it I still got the NT authority shutdown procedure. I tried rebooting into normal mode and starting the sfc /scannow and it would just start and then the blue screen. I disabled system restore when I first got it. But luckily - when I was going to beboot into safe mode I selected start with last know working configuration. That actually let me log in normally. I was then able to run the sfc /scannow. I still seem to have a problem with Ewido and Panda antivirus and do not know if it was caused by the virus because of changed settings or if they were installed in safemode. In Ewido, I cannot enable resident protection. In Panda I cannot enable any security protection. I did an Ewido scan and that came out ok. Here is a copy of the hijackthis log run in normal mode.
