Hello and Welcome to the forum.

Looks like you are running 2 anti-virus programs: Avast and Grisoft. This can cause all types of problems. You need to use Add/Remove Programs and remove one of them

I suggest you do this:

Double-click My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Clear "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files" folder, select "Show hidden files and folders."
Clear "Hide protected operating system files."
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Please do not delete anything unless instructed to.

1.Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2.Next, open Add/Remove Programs and remove if listed:
SpyHunter

Please also uninstall Bearshare.Unless it's the paid for version.
Here is the list on 'good and bad':

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.
Download - ATF Cleaner»
This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

(If you use FireFox or the Opera browser
To keep saved passwords, click No at the prompt.)

It's normal after running ATF cleaner that the PC will be slower to boot the first time or two.

i think avg removed it but it'll come back again and when it does ill copy down its info, i used ewido to scan and it says "download.istbar.ai" is still in my system along with all those tracking cookies
Download Istbar uninstaller:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FxIstbar.exe

Dont run it yet…….. run it later in Safe Mode.

estart your computer in Safe Mode.

Press F8 after the Power-On Self Test (POST) is done. If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, try restarting and then pressing F8 several times after the POST screen.
Choose the Safe Mode option from the Windows Advanced Options Menu then press Enter.
This can take several miniutes to load.

Now run FxIstbar.exe

When`it's finished rebot and copy paste a new hJT log
ok i found out where and what avg says for the hgz.exe, it says "virus identified worm/delf.3.y" and the file location is "C:\docum~1\ding\locals~1\temp\hgz.exe"
