Your hijackthis is very nice however dont want to delete the wrong entry and am sure there are many things on this list that are non-essential. Please advise as when this comp restarts project one will continue to infect it.

Greatly appreciated.
Hello and welcome to the forum, looks like this trojan:
http://www.sophos.com/security/analyses/w32scanbota.html >>> C:\WINNT\system32\csrss.dll You also have a Qoologic trojan. I suggest you keep the computer offline as much as possible, this junk will attract more. If you are not receiving help elsewhere and still need help, post a fresh HJT log and we will get started as soon as possible after that.

Thanks…pskelley

Spider'd back out and grabbed alot as you said…. any thoughts on the source?

Not really, only way to be safe is stay offline. All of your security has been compromised, and I would look to installing it all again once you are clean.

Have you run removal tools since the last log and which ones? Some of the stuff is missing, let's do this and see what happens:

How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe, C:\WINNT\system32\earpe.exe
F2 - REG:system.ini: UserInit=
O2 - BHO: Ozbyq Class - {D623BC2F-A58D-4A75-A10D-CC244A702A35} - C:\WINNT\system32\xeymi.dll
O18 - Filter: text/html - {B5F86455-BF18-4E12-965A-6642A0AC0549} - C:\WINNT\system32\xeymi.dll
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\WINNT\system32\csrss.dll

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINNT\system32\earpe.exe <<< delete the file

C:\WINNT\system32\xeymi.dll <<< delete the file

C:\WINNT\system32\csrss.dll <<< delete the file

If you have issues removing the file, try this:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/…l42.html#delreb
Use the "How to use the Delete on Reboot tool" instructions. Once you reboot it will have (file missing) after the item, then use HJT again to remove the line.

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Post a new HJT log and any comment you think will help.

Thanks

This program have been replaced: Microsoft AntiSpyware
See this: http://russelltexas.com/malware/defender.htm
yes, I watched some other posts, and downloaded the CClean and tried to follow all the same instructions about showing hidden files. I will have to attempt this again tomorrow - quitting time now. One thing I didn't notice was the extension on the csrss - I thought it was .exe and didn't delete it - didn't even realize it said .dll Thanks for the help!! And I am in Clearwater Too!!!
Well hello neighbor :wavey: carefull with that item, csrss.exe. Hackers use it a lot to confuse and it can be bad or good depending on the location.
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navc…p;q=csrss%2Eexe

Now when you enter csrss.dll take a look at the google:
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navc…p;q=csrss%2Edll

If you are ever in doubt, use these free scanners to find out:
