You might have one "bad boy":

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [qservices] C:\WINDOWS\qservice.exe

Could be an adult dialer, or this "keylogger":

Troj/Progent-B

Search for these files in your C:\WINDOWS folder:

kurlmon.dll
msehk.dll
qservice.exe
services.dll

And this one in the C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder:

HookApi.dll
They may be "hidden". Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these files.

Okay, I fixed O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [qservices] C:\WINDOWS\qservice.exe throug Hijack This. And I was able to find kurlmon.dll and HookApi.dll and I deleted them (if I wasn't supposed to delete them, they're still in the recycling bin).

Since that was a keylogger, should I change all my passwords now? Especially my paypal and my ebay passwords.

By discovering those files, you have indeed proven it was a "keylogger".

Changing passwords would be the next step.

If you have used the machine for online monetary transactions, changing PIN numbers/passwords for them would be in order as well.

I have links to free online virus scans you may try, at your leisure if you wish:

Trend-Micro Housecall
Put on 'Autoclean' and delete what it can't clean.

Panda Activescan
Accept default settings.

Etrust Security Advisor
Choose 'Cure' whatever is found, then delete if unsuccessful.

If you have removed "qservice", then you should be "good to go", as that was the only problem in your log.
