CMDservice is getting more out of control

I have run Spybot and Ad Ware and have cmdservice that I can not get rid of. Hello and Welcome to the Forum.

Please delete any HijackThis Folders and Files you have now.Use Add/Remove Programs and remove HijackThis.

you can get a complete installer that installs HijackThis to C:\Program Files\HijackThis, making an entry in the start menu and also providing a desktop shortcut from http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe .

Click on the link and select Save, save it to your desktop and double click HJTsetup.exe.

Open HijackThis and select: Do a system scan and save a log file.

When the scan is finished, Click Edit> Select All> Edit> Copy> and paste its contents here plese use the [Add Reply] button below.

You need To disable TeaTimer, it can stop our fix.

1) Run Spybot-S&D
2) Go to the Mode menu, and make sure "Advanced Mode" is selected
3) On the left hand side, choose Tools -> Resident
4) Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts


* Download Combofix to your desktop.
Doubleclick combo.exe
Follow the prompts.
Don't click on the window while the fix is running, because that will cause your system to hang.

When finished, it should produce a log, combofix.txt.
Post this log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.

I downloaded Combo Fix while in the safe mode because that is the only way I could, when I clicked on it to run it Combo Fix said that it could not run in the safe mode so I rebooted at that point and NOthing come up, NO icons ect. so I have not run it.

THERE is No way for me to do that. Booting in the Normal mode ALL I get is a blank desk top NO ICONs NO Start Menu nothing. What ever we do next must be from the safe mode that is the only control that I have.

In Safe Mode, try this. 1. Click Start. 2. Point to All Programs. 3. Point to Accessories. 4. Point to System Tools. 5. Click System Restore. 6. Follow the instructions on the wizard. See if you can find a date the the PC worked.

In an attempt to fix this problem I had turned off system restore so there is no history/restore points to go back to.

NEVER NEVER do that. It's better to have a bad restore point then NO Restore Point
I know some "sites" have users do that but that is the dumbest think to have someone do when their infected.

I'll look at you logs and see what I can come up with.

Double-click My Computer.
Click the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.
Click the View tab.
Clear "Hide file extensions for known file types."
Under the "Hidden files" folder, select "Show hidden files and folders."
Clear "Hide protected operating system files."
Click Apply, and then click OK.

I did not have this item:

During the FIX I received the following error:
