I also scanned with my antivirus program and it didn't find winnqz32.dll this time. There is still Yazzle by OIN in the Add / Remove Programs window though.
Go ahead and remove Yazzle then with the Add/Remove programs if you want.
Go to start > controlpanel > software > add/remove programs and uninstall next if present:
Oin
Yazzle by Oin
Purityscan by Oin
Snowballwars by Oin
Cowabanga by OIN
or anything similar with Oin in it.
If OIN not listed, download and run this uninstaller.
Kapersky only shows infected files that are quarantined. Blacklight does not find any rootkits. Your last hijackthis log appears to be clean although you are using MSConfig.
I have helped you as much as I can. You need to obtain a legal copy of Windows. Your computer is still at risk. You need to be able to install the Windows Updates to keep your computer protected.
As you have so admitted that you are running an illegal copy of Windows, you have an option to pay for it and make it good, uninstall and go to a free version of Linux, or just deal with all the insecurities and problems you now have, TC does not support the use of illegal software
