".cpl" files are "Control Panel Files".

Delete this one:

Directory of c:\windows\system32

06/08/2006 11:34 AM 57,344 av.cpl <-- THIS ONE

And I'll bet your "WinAntivirus in the Control Panel" problem melts away....

Then, if "all is well", let me know, and I'll close this thread.
