Please download the latest version of Hijack This!

CLOSE ALL WINDOWS (even this one) AND PROGRAMS!!!!

Run Hijack This!
Click "Do a systen scan only".
Then "check" the box to the left of these item(s):

O2 - BHO: GoogleAFE - {CA6319C0-31B7-401E-A518-A07C3DB8F777} - c:\Program Files\GoogleAFE\GoogleAE.dll (file missing)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [wuauclts] WUAUCLTS.EXE

O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [wuauclts] WUAUCLTS.EXE

Then click "Fix checked" and close Hijack This!.

Reboot in "safe" mode.

Delete all of the following noted (in red) file(s)/FOLDER(s) you can find:

c:\windows\system32\wuauclts.exe <— file

Be very sure the file you delete matches that name EXACTLY!!!

That malware is masquerading as the "windows update" task.

The real one is c:\windows\system32\wuauclt.exe (No "s" at the end of the file name).

To recap:

c:\windows\system32\wuauclts.exe <— DELETE!!

c:\windows\system32\wuauclt.exe <— KEEP!!!

PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENCE!!!!

Some malware files may be "hidden".
Be sure to show hidden files when looking for these file(s) and/or folder(s).

Reboot in normal mode and "copy/paste" a new HijackThis! log file into this thread. :)

Everything looks to be fixed, thanks a bunch
I also noticed a Wuauctl1.exe in the system32 folder, but it was last modified the same date that the regular wuauctl.exe was. Thanks

Your Java needs updated:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_06\bin\jusched.exe

The latest version out is jre1.5.0_07

After updating you must remove previous versions via "Add/Remove Programs".

You still haven't updated HijackThis!

If you could, I'd suggest doing so, then posting one more log for inspection.

The newest version "looks" in places the older versions didn't.
