Hey, before we stop. I just have a question. I went to delete that folder. I found it by running just a program file search for anything containing the word "spybot". spywarebot > c:/program files ( file folder) hijackthis > c:/documents and settings/owner (text document) spywarebot > c:/program files/spywarebot (application) owner@spywarebot(1) > c:/documents and settings/owner (text document) collectedData_2325 > c:/windows/pchealth/helpct/... (xml document) collectedData_2354 > c:/windows/pchealth/helpct/... (xml document) hijackthis > c:/documents and settings/owner (text document) files containing text SPYWARE.. >C:/documents and settings/owner.. (shortcut) WHAT SHOULD I DELETE?

spywarebot > c:/program files ( file folder)

Delete that one.
