Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money<==folder
When I tried to delete the folder, it said "Cannot delete Microsoft Money: the directory is not empty."
When I tried to open Microsoft Money folder, it said "Microsoft Money is not accessible. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
