"…If you think the man in the street is going pay attention to any warnings you plaster on a download page or pop-up warnings during installation, you're sadly mistaken - just look at the Internet Explorer 7 Beta Previews and other publicly released betas …. "do not install on production machines" we say… "be ready to reformat if things go wrong" we say.. yet still people install betas, and then complain when things break…"
